This was the worst comic experience I've ever had. I spent probably close to $10,000 this year with the shop and the service has been horrible. Was never told that orders can take up to five months to receive even on items they show in stock since 2022. No communication about expected delivery dates. They canceled an order five months after I placed it saying the item wasn't in stock. I wish I could go back in time and send my business elsewhere. The staff that I dealt with on various social media auctions were always very nice, but whoever actually is running the show is pushing people away. I have probably spent $25,000-$30,000 this year on comic books and my only regret is that I gave this company as much money as I did at least I was able to correct that after this horrible experience.
