*We guarantee 9.2+ condition of book unless otherwise stated. We can not guarantee 9.8 grades on raw books
*We only guarantee the grade of the encased book if stated in the product title or description. We do not guarantee the condition of the case encapsulating the book. Cases may have minor defects (scratches, newton rings, defects in the plastic, minor cracks, ect.) that do not affect the grade of the book. Slabs are inspected prior to being shipped from our facility. Major slab defects (shattered cases, major cracks, ect.) are sent back to the grading company to be re-holdered. We do not replace slabs that were damaged in transit to the customer. We encourage purchasing shipping insurance.
